Properties that will be available for online pre-leasing include, Garden Village, Village Square, Campus View “The Blues” along with several single-family homes and duplexes.

- Know YOUR home is secured right away. No more having to apply and sit on a waiting list wondering about availability. With our new online leasing process, you will be able to put down your security deposit to hold a specific unit on the same day you apply!
Online Pre-Leasing Schedule:
- Houses/Duplexes: Thursday, January 18th @ 10AM
- Leases will start June 2018 and run through May 2019.
- Village Square Apartments & Garden Village Townhomes: Tuesday, January 23rd @ 10AM
- Leases will start June 2018 and run through May 2019.
- Campus View Apartments: Thursday, January 25th @ 10AM
- Leases will start August 2018 and run through July 2019.
The available options will open up “live” through our website, under the specific property’s page. All roommates will need to fill out their portion of the application and pay the security deposit online to hold an apartment. One person can start the process and email the link to the other applicants. *Units will not be held until the security deposit has been paid. Applicant screening will take place after the deposit has been received.
Please note: We will not know what we have available for these units until the they go live on the 18th, 23rd and 25th.
