2022 was a year of growth for Mills Property Management, now serving in 32 communities across Eastern South Dakota and managing over 4,100 units. Our 2022 snapshot included below highlights some of this year’s successes including an occupancy rate of 96.85% and almost 6,000 maintenance requests completed. With our team of 64 team members we are looking forward to continuing to grow and excel in 2023!
