2023 was a year of growth for Mills Property Management, now serving in 32 communities across Eastern South Dakota and managing over 3,878 units. Our 2023 snapshot included below highlights some of this year’s successes including an occupancy rate of 97.31% and over 10,000 maintenance requests completed. With our team of 71 team members we are looking forward to continuing to grow and excel in 2024!
