Kevin Haakinson has been promoted to the position of Maintenance Director. In his new role, Kevin will oversee all functions of the Mills Property Maintenance Department. Mills Property Management has a team of 24 full time maintenance personnel working to service over 2300 rental units spread out over 17 different communities in eastern South Dakota, as well as, a Home Services Department that bids and completes projects for private home owners and businesses.
“Kevin has been with Mills Property Management since 2014, and has worked in several different capacities within the Maintenance Department. He has continued to advance throughout his years of service at Mills Property Management and recently completed the Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) program. Kevin is also a South Dakota licensed Property Manager. His previous maintenance, construction, and property management experience will be invaluable to the Maintenance Director position.” says Elena McKeown, Vice President of Operations at Mills Property Management.
