- Example: If a tenant decides to move in on 12/10/2024 their lease would go through 1/30/2025 and continue on a month-to-month basis until notice is given BY THE 20TH OF ANY MONTH
- No On-Site Mail Delivery! PO Box must be set up at Watertown Post Office
- Monthly rent will be paid with a credit card on file provided by tenant
