National speaker Petra Marquart from Petra Marquart and Associates, was the featured key note speaker at the Mills Property Management Company Meeting on Tuesday, April 17th, 2018. . Fifty-three employees from all of the company SD offices were present at the meeting. The annual event was held at Coughlin Alumni Lounge at the Dana J Dykhouse Stadium on the campus of South Dakota State University. Guest Speaker Petra Marquart has extensive property management experience and has written service plans for the Mall of America, Honeywell and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She presented “The Power of Service”. She challenged the Mills Property staff to always have service in mind and look for ways to give great service. The day started with a great session “Ask MPM” that allowed employees to anonymously submit their questions to company President Mary Jo Minor to be answered live. Each year employees are recognized at the company meeting for 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25, year service anniversaries. Tom Clausen, maintenance foreman received a service award and was recognize at the luncheon for five years of service to the company.
