This property features single, double & suite apartments that are available to be rented on a monthly basis (minimum of 1 month) with leases ending on the last day of each month. The Cottage is also pet friendly.*

- Smart TV, Microwave & Fridge Provided in Every Apartment
- Cable TV is NOT provided
- Mattress protector is provided. Bedding, towels, and shower curtain are NOT provided.
- Leases End on the Last Day of Each Month
- Example: If a tenant decides to move in on 12/10/2023 their lease would go through 1/30/2024 and continue on a month-to-month basis until notice is given BY THE 20TH OF ANY MONTH
- No On-Site Mail Delivery! PO Box must be set up at Watertown Post Office
- Monthly rent will be paid with a credit card on file provided by tenant
