Emergencies include:
- Fire (dial 911 first)
- No heat
- Major water leaks
- Sewer backups
For life-threatening situations, always call 911 immediately.
Important Note: By requesting repairs, you acknowledge that if misuse, abuse, or non-landlord responsibilities (per your lease) are identified, you may be liable for costs as outlined in the Lease Agreement.
